I am deeply passionate about collective healing and the uprooting of oppression through awareness and growth. I honor each of our unique journeys and am curious about getting to know yours deeply.
I can best support you by celebrating your strengths and centering your needs. I am drawn to working with BIPOC, AAPI folks, immigrants, descendants of immigrants, and those who identify as alternative, different, the other, weird, rebellious, and not part of mainstream, etc.
Together, we will work in ways that are in-depth and practical, moving through challenges, and tapping into the strengths within you. I offer an environment that is free of judgment and oppression, and in which you are fully seen, accepted, and affirmed.
I am passionate about empowering clients to live a more spirited and enlivened existence. Recognizing that we all react out of habit in challenging situations, I offer concrete practices that build the necessary skills to intervene in these habitual reactions. These skills and insights will help you make new choices and live a more engaged and fulfilling life; you will learn effective ways to communicate personal needs, listen and respond to your own values, and connect with your innate wisdom and ability to heal.
I can best support you through identity development, relationship and career exploration, pregnancy and
parenthood as well as sexual and complex trauma
Together, we will co-create your experience. I will not cure you; I will listen attentively for what is needed and support you with safety and warmth. I will offer you the tools to lead your life with intention, dignity and self-determination.

Associate Psychotherapist, Adults, Couples & Teens 8+
Starting $175/session, Virtual & In-person
I am deeply passionate about walking alongside you as you step outside of your comfort zone and embark on a journey to growth and self-discovery.
I can best support you whether you are new to therapy and curious about engaging in a practice of personal growth, interested in exploring your cultural identity or ready to process traumas, both "big" or "small."
Together, we will bring curiosity into our sessions, uncovering the individual experiences, cultural values, and social systems that have shaped you and your worldview. We will create a space where you can be your authentic self and explore the nooks and crannies of your internal world.

Associate Psychotherapist, Adults, Couples & Children 10+
I offer in-person and tele-health services for children and adolescents ages 10+, adults, and couples looking to navigate pre-marital issues.
My own journey as Asian-American female who is first-generation and fifth-generation has given me strong insight into what it means to straddle cultures, identities, and inconsistencies. I have a passion for working with individuals who have experienced the feeling of “not belonging” in a society that values binary labels. In order to recognize and honor the diverse identities of my clients, my practice is trauma-informed and rooted in anti-oppression and decolonization.
