Specializing in trauma & reproductive health

I am passionate about empowering clients to live a more enlivened existence. Recognizing that we can all react out of habit, I offer practices based in Internal Family Systems and somatic experiencing that will help you build the necessary skills and insights to make new choices and live a more engaged and fulfilling life; you will learn effective ways to communicate personal needs, listen and respond to your own values and connect with your innate ability to heal.
I can best support you through relationships and identity development, reproductive trauma, pregnancy and labor, matrescence, parenthood as well as complex trauma. My style is longer-term and in-depth, tapping into your unique history.
Together, we will co-create your experience. I will not cure you; I will listen attentively for what is needed and support you with safety and warmth. I will offer you the tools to lead your life with intention, dignity and self-determination.

I am passionate about being your curious companion. I have a belief that everyone (and every part of each of us) deserves to be seen and understood, and that this is the basis from which change can begin to take meaningful shape. You may crave to be listened to non-judgmentally, be fully seen and accepted, and ultimately have a loving and healthy relationship with yourself and those around you.

I can best support you in exploring your inner landscape. I will non-negotiably try to understand and value you as a whole human and the cultural backgrounds that you come from. We will explore and make connections—between your childhood and its impact on you today (so as to heal past hurts), and between feelings and body. And rather than focusing on deficits, we will access the resilience and strengths that are already within you.
Together, we'll make space for all the parts of you: pains, fears, quirks, desires, and all. You deserve to thrive, not just survive.

I am passionate about walking alongside you as you step outside of your comfort zone and embark on a journey to growth and self-discovery.

I can best support you whether you are new to therapy and curious about engaging in a practice of personal growth, interested in exploring your cultural identity or ready to process traumas, both "big" or "small."

Together, we will bring curiosity into our sessions, uncovering the individual experiences, cultural values, and social systems that have shaped you and your worldview. We will create a space where you can be your authentic self and explore the nooks and crannies of your internal world.

I am passionate about helping people become their most authentic selves. Whether you are living out your parents' dreams or just trying to make it through the week, I can help you explore whether your path aligns with your values and supports your growth.
I can best support you by celebrating the parts of you that deserve recognition, processing what feels frustrated or hurt, and guiding you to rediscover new ways of being. If “feeling your feels” or celebrating yourself feels uneasy or undeserved, I’ll help you explore why and empower you to decide what you’d like to do with that knowledge. As life’s trials and tribulations can cause your authentic self to get lost, I will help you reflect on how your history and patterns may have served, and even overprotected you.

Together, we will keep it real. Therapy doesn’t have to be all “sad vibes” or focused on “the bad.” I welcome the humor needed to lighten the mood, the lore needed to gain context regarding relational dynamics, the coloring pages needed to ground yourself, or the expletives needed to express your frustration. Whatever the case, I’ll meet you where you’re at. We’ll create an energetic space that radiates with both the heat of a metaphorical smash room as well as the warmth of finally getting that affirmation from a withholding parent. Together, we will discover who you are and what you need, with the utmost care.

Who We Help
While each clinician has their own focus populations, across all practitioners, we, as a practice, serve adult individuals, teens (13+), those in romantic relationships, families, and parent-child dyads.
To note: we offer trauma-responsive therapy that recognizes the profound effects of racial, cultural and gender identity in shaping overall physical and mental health. We believe that our social identifiers of privilege and oppression are inextricably linked to our experiences. Our goal is to create a safe and affirming space where care is guided by empathy, dignity and a commitment to honoring your unique story.
